The chart lays it out pretty simply? A + B = C.

It's basically a Red chicken + Columbian + Mottled = Jubilee

Well, since Jubilees already exist and are relatively easy to procure it would be cheapest just to get them rather than to breed from scratch.

Before Jubilees were imported to the US, some breeders created them here by crossing Buff Orps to Speckled Sussex.
