Will you store this jerky in the freezer (like most of the recipes I've seen) or just in a cool basement/root cellar/etc.?

Ill leave it out for a couple weeks in a cupboard whatever doesn’t get eaten will be frozen or refrigerated

That jerky looks great.

I love dehydrating apple slices with some cinnamon sprinkled on them. It's like a bite of apple pie when it's done.
