Circulated air vs still air

What is the advantage of a circulated air incubator

The temperature in a forced air 'bator stays much more steady, without variances from one end to the other. And, no need to worry about where you're taking the temp (for example, you measure temp at the top of the eggs in a still air).

Great, I see that the cost difference is fairly considerable. Have you used both? Are hatch rates any less in a still air? Thanks for responding.

I've never had a forced air. I have 2 still air 'bators, and have managed to achieve a few 100% hatch rates in both of them. A still air can easily be turned into a forced air with the addition of a computer fan. And you're welcome
