cochin baby color question.

In my order of cochins I asked for 2 red cochins, they are only 5 days old and starting to get there wing feathers in, one is looking like a nice red color, but the other is getting quite a bit of black specks in its wing feathers, is this normal for red cochin babies. let me know if a pic will help and I will get one for you.

Well, I know for RIR's chicks come in with black and white stripes and specks on their feathers and don't get adult plumage till their teen moult. Could be the same for yours too?

Those specks should disappear after the first moult when the chicken gets its adult feathers in
