I only had the one cochin chick this time (hatched with a bunch of seramas) so I didn't have a comparison. I think the sides need switched.

Alright he is showing his pride they are always soo proud of their first crows and they are soo funny.Its definitely official. HE crowed this morning
He's so beautiful though. I'll just have to rearrange some pens to use him.
The funny thing is that I have a very small serama that is not thriving (yea, almost 6 weeks old!) in with that cochin, plus 2 other seramas, that have also turned out to be males. (Had too many chicks for my broody momma, so I picked a few to keep inside).. Anyway, the cochin is the one that Miss Itty Bitty always sleeps under and "he" has been a great mother figure to her. The other boys are .... well.... boys. LOL

OH no! But so happy you are keeping him! Cochins are SO SWEET!!!!! And LOVE those first crows So cute to watch!!!
