howdy, i am a 4-H poultry leader and im quite knowledgable on showmanship. but i was invited to teach a commercial poultry class for the FFA here in arizona and im looking for information pertaining to commercial judging.
this would be dealing with what to look for in broilers, egg producers and egg qualities inside and out. if anyone has ever done this or knows info on this, i would certtainly appreciate your help.
