Coop size???

My daughter wanted to raise some chickens so I built at small coop. It measures 4'X4' ,it has 3 nesting boxes and has 8' of roosting bars and has a 6'X10' dog run for a run. It has chicken wire around the bottom 2' high and I put wire on the top with 3' square holes on top then bird netting on top of that. Problem is she got 6 chicks and then a week later she came home with 6 more. . They will be locked in at night but I am affraid we will not have enough room in the coop itself. What do you think . Please help with some advice.

With the standard chicken math you'd have room for 4-6 birds.
