How big of a coop do you have and how many hens in it?
Mine is 8 x12 with 16 laying hens and will be adding 25 pullets plus an other 30. I will be adding on to the coop another 8 x 12 building to help out with all the hens. is this big enough for them ? the run is 36 x 36.
