Cream legbar pullet? with spurs - hope it's a girl!

Hi I've just bought this girl, supposed to be a cream legbar girl and we love her already. But my daughter just noticed the spurs. She's only young (don't know the exact age as she was picked out from a flock of about 300 chickens of all various ages and breeds). 8-12 weeks somewhere... Do you think she's a girl? The other point to note is most of the flock were purebreeds but there were a few mixed breeds. Also the spurs are small but quite pointy. See photos.

It's a pullet. They can get spurs too. It looks pure to me, but I am no expert on Legbars.

Oh really. I do hope so. I am wanting to move somewhere to where I can have roosters, but I can't do that yet and we so much love this new chicken. Why do you say it's a pullet please? I'm not an expert on cream legbars (either).

My pullets and roosters had the same sized spurs until they began mating and laying eggs.

Roosters don't actually get spurs for a while, and all pullets and roos usually have some nice sized nubs when they're young. The way to tell when they're young is by feather growth and coloring.

One of my hens has 2 inch spurs, they aren't gender specific though males are more likely to get them.

However I'm concerned with her body language in the pictures. Looks like she doesn't feel well. Tail droopy and neck pulled in.

The small comb and the coloring is different in Legbar pullets than with the males.

Ah she's just camera shy. She's had her tail very high before and now. So high I said, does that mean a rooster too and my daughter said no, legbars have a very high tail.
