Here is the Santa ornament I made today it is easy and pretty quick, I used a size G hook but I crochet pretty tight. I printed out the pattern for the santa ornament thanks mnferalkitty.

I still have to start my ornaments for the nov/dec swap. things have been busy around here and getting my flu shot sucks but it looks like i got it just in time! my sister's been pretty sick since yesterday with what she thinks is the flu. it sweels up her lymphnodes under her arm so she opted not to get it this year... told her today "i bet you'd rather have swollen nodes now"... im so mean

Kitty, thank you for the tip on the homespun, and for posting this pattern. This is adorable!!! It is just the thing to make for an added little gift box topper on a wrapped gift instead of a bow. Then they can use it as an ornament too.
