With mal-positions you wait extra long, because they usually pip,( not in your case) but too soon and a mal-positioned is bloodier because of unabsorbed yolk and a big belly button. I waited on the green egg but it did need help after the 24hrs, but his yolk had been absorbed by then and was not bloody.

Ok I will wait 24 hrs, then it'd has been chirping alot

you can test the shell if it is past day 21, just lift a flap if there is no blood then finish helping. keep the helped hole small so the chick will stay in egg if not ready to hatch.
