Him: A BOTTLE OF WATER.
Me: Oh. Okay. Thought you were going all voodoo on me. Was going to go hide the chickens from you.

(He and I have various levels of hearing loss--and we're also old LOL--and the most frequently heard word in our house is "huh?" )

Huh, what you text, I can't even hear text! your not alone...I've had the hearing of an 80 year old since I was 17. That was funny though.

My mother used to drive me nuts. She would want a private answer to her question. I would whisper the answer to her. She'd insist she couldn't hear me. I'd say if I talk louder everyone will hear.
