Looking into preserving eggs through dehydration. What is the best dehydrator available for this that doesn’t cost a lot and what is the best methods of doing so. Are they shelf safe in mason jars by themselves or should I put a moisture observing pack in with them? I have ducks so clean eggs are non existent for lyme solutions.

Reading around online, it sounds like most people blenderize up half a dozen raw eggs or so, then pour the liquid into a thin layer, and then dehydrate that, and the pulverize the result into a powder.

At least one site said that to avoid salmonella you really want to get a good dehydrator that can get up to 165 degrees F, or do them in an oven or some such.

Hope it works out for you!
