Do you kiss your chickens?

A recent thread got me wondering 1) How many of you throw caution to the wind, accept the health risks, and smooch away on your chickens; and 2) How many of you give heed to caution and find other ways to express your affection?

One of mine pecked my lip today when I was setting up a feeder, so NO I don't kiss my chickens they're way to rough!!!!

I have a couple that actually come up for cuddles and kisses and a nap with me... but the others would probably poke my eye out. My former house chickens definitely know what dishes are for, and will sometimes help themselves (against my wishes), so we do share germs. I also eat the eggs that come out of their buttholes.

No I definitely do not, but I also do not even like hugging people either unless it’s my husband or kids. Though if I had to choose between hugging a stranger or a chicken you bet that chicken and I would be best friends.

Screw the health risks, yes I kiss them usually on their neck feathers, there's no way I couldn't even if I tried

I snatched up my big ole rooster the other day and gave him a smooch and a hug. Who can resist that huge comb and super sexy wattles? Not me!

Um, no. I don't usually kiss my animals, except the occasional head kiss for my cats.
I'm not worried avout getting sick or anything… it's just not a thing I do.
