Does anyone have the new Muscovy duck regulations?

I, again, have had my auctions pulled from Ebay for selling Muscovy eggs.

I can't find the revision that took place. All I can find is the original ban.

If someone could help me with the revision and number, I would be greatly appreciative.

I haven't seen any word on any changes made. Someone may be reporting you to eBay under falsehoods.
