I’m sitting outside and I hear a scuffle so I look and see the pullet , which now I think cockerel, mounted the big EE trying to do her. My jump up scared him and he jumped off. So....is that a sure sign she’s a he?

yes and no a lead pullet will also mount to be supremo
but looks like you have at least one boy there look at the tail set
