I would unwrap that birds neck immediately.

I did, she was like a cat that's been made to wear doll clothes, And I had to take it off to take pictures, she was happier with it off.

This same injury happened to my 8 week old hen today! Has yours healed? Any insight to what worked? Im new to raising chickens and am so nervous she won’t survive
