Yup. It’s not like they have any student loans to pay off, or families to feed, or anything like that!
Oh no, the Vets are serving a public good, therefore, free veterinary care for our birds is a public Right.

Of course food is a right too, so if the neighbor wants some fo the eggs from the chickens the vet is caring for for free, that's their right too.

And we'll all do this - perfectly, efficiently, free of disease, and without government involvement - out of the goodness of our hearts - because history shows that humans as a whole are very caring, very smart, and very good at maintaining complex systems of national scale without rent seeking behaviors and while tolerating gross inefficiencies.

A utopian chicken society?

Let me in!

Exotic vets here get close to $300 to walk in the door all the while saying they treat parrots and such and know nothing about chickens.
They have fancy homes and cars. How we going to get them to give all that up?
