I'm thinking it's still too early to determine Dorothy's gender, so I'm starting a thread that I'll update weekly until we know for sure. Any guesses?

2 weeks

3 weeks. Someone mentioned to watch out for red around the shoulders?

Okay. Here's Dorothy again at 4 weeks. Any signs yet? I think there's just one row of peas, but I'm not sure I know exactly what I'm looking for.

The whole cockerels only have 3 rows, pullets only have one is not true. A pullet with a proper pea will have 3 rows, just like the boys. It's just more obvious on the cockerels, earlier on. I've had plenty of pullets with 3 three row combs. And I've have the occasional cockerel with only one row.
