Duck that lays green or blue eggs

Thank you for the responses. I know NOTHING about ducks. I'm a chicken girl myself which the owner of my local feed store knows. Knowing that I have chickens that lay green/blue eggs (which is still something of an oddity here in Canada apparently), he mentioned that he had a lady in looking for ducks that laid green eggs. His duck supplier said "no such thing". So I told him I'd check with the folks on here. I'll make sure to pass the information on to her and him.

I just made a page on Swedish ducks and from the information that I researched it said they lay mostly white but may also lay a blue or gray tinted egg.

Don't dutch hookbills lay blue-ish eggs?

One of my white calls lays white, one lays greenish eggs. Strange.

My little mallard lays the prettiest periwinkle blue eggs! My EE's are green with envy.

My Mallards all lay greenish-blue eggs, too.

I agree. My mallards lay blue eggs. Sometimes they are very light blue, other times they look like an Easter Egger egg, and sometimes they are whitish. None seem to be more fertile than the others. My mallards are purebred stock.
