Ducks and chickens sharing coop

when the chickens start laying will the ducks bother the chicken eggs,or leave them alone

If you have your nest boxes elevated about a foot the ducks wont even notice where the eggs are. As long at the eggs are out of the way so the ducks can't step all over them they wont bother the eggs. As it is when a duck lays an egg they usually make a nest out of the way in the corner and just forget about them.
