Ducks not laying eggs but male also have white liquid poop

All my ducks are pooping this and my females are not laying eggs anymore. I treated them for ascarins and the bacteria. One female went soft shell egg then the other female went down 5 days later

I have 5 infections on 3 ducks and the vet know nothing so i wont be doing tgese again

How old are they? What's their diet? Most birds don't lay in the winter months, it could be normal.
What are you treating and with what?

They eat pellets and scratch. My females stomach was warm and then she dtopped laying eggs

My ducks aren't laying and haven't laid since the first part of Oct. Once days start getting longer the laying will pick back up.
