Looks like a pullet to me.

Pooh. Can't see where the saddle feathers would be...but how old is it? I still say pullet. The comb may stick up, but it's nice and thin, and not red. Funny how some are so obviously pullet and others roo...then we have our kinda chickens. This feature male, this feature female. I'm beginning to think someone could make a fortune doing nothing but sexing if they were any good!
