Easter Egger Sexing "tips and tricks" *Pictures Included*

Can you possibly describe what that sounds like...I think mine is a girl, but I want to make sure. So I haven't heard a sound like that (don't think anyways) but want to know what to listen for. Every once in awhile I hear a partial cluck nose come from her, but mostly she still "peeps"...lol

Yeah, it's been throwing me curve balls for awhile. Most of the other males either have big red combs or red shoulders. I'm hoping for a pullet :fl Then I could pair it with the partially laced silver male.

She is starting her 10th week....still not one pointy feather, her comb is still single row of peas and pale.

@ Jacuieh

The posture is really clear too. They do this huge neck stretch with some raised feathers. The first time my little roosters did it I laughed in his face. It's so prepubescent. Sounds like they need lots of practice and their voice is still breaking. Just like that video. They do get better at it. : ) Once they learn they are really proud of it too. They'll practice a lot.
