Easter Hatch Online Hatching Egg Swap

Just candled our eggs and the air cells are pretty bad. There is development/veining and that looks good for 7-8 days but wow, air cells are badly crooked. Anyone know how that will effect hatching?

I candled eggs today, some bad but the majority are doing well! I can't wait!

All of my little quail started. The 1 that was cracked had a bloodring yesterday so I tossed it. The rest all look good so far. I'm excited now, especially since I didn't have much hope for them the way they were packed.

I am going to candle tonight.

Great fertility on both of my swaps! It looks like on each of my swaps, all but one egg are growing. I left them in until the next candling.

Mystery in NC- I LOVE how easy those huge white eggs are to candle!

I have had some with terrible air cells hatch but also some not hatch.

I candled and six eggs are developing, one looks a little iffy. I won't candled again until its time to put them in lockdown

I did a "rapid" candle last night... most were looking good, I didn't do a close enough inspection to take out any not developing, but happy to see development!!
I have had some hatch with wonky air cells, and some not...
