EE chick - supposedly hatched from a green egg.


Look at those legs!! I was sure she was a roo..




In the middle, wearing 'tweed' feathers - and she lays a dark brown egg.

This has been my favorite BYC thread! So many great before/during/after pics. One thing I've learned from this thread is not to assume anything about adult color - there are some real surprises here and very beautiful birds. Can't wait to see how my little one evolves. Pics when she grows up, I promise.
