Should I be concerned?: EE has laid an egg for 18 days straight!

I have a 1.5 year old EE who has laid for 18 day in a row, has a messy back end constantly and some of her eggs are ‘flawed’. Some eggs seem to be laid from the roost over night or at least before 5:30am, some have almost no coloring, some feel bumpy and thin (but not totally soft shelled).
She seems to be drinking more water than the others and than she used to.
They have free access to 22% layer pellets, multiple waterers and crushed egg shells. They have a run that is about 120sq ft with only 3 hens and they get supervised free range time a few times a week.

Is this within the range of ‘normal’ or signs of something nefarious? If so, any suggestions?

Thank you for your response.
I don’t have any pictures currently but will add them as I get them. I e tried oyster shell and they will not eat it, I’ve had better luck with crushed egg shells.

Thank you Mrs. K, I don’t mind having some flawed eggs. I just want to help her if something is wrong. Culling is not something we are looking forward to doing and we will prolong that until absolutely necessary.
