EE Rooster?

I’m thinking that this is my 3rd rooster out of 9 chicks ordered. 8 week EE. My other suspected EE rooster crowed this morning. What do we think about this beauty?

I'm sorry but I agree, it does appear to be another cockerel.

Looks like a pullet to me, my easter egger cockerel had much more comb development at that age and pullets about what yours is.
