Eggs not hatching

My question is does cooler summer weather affect the hatching date? I am in Ontario Canada and the weather had been really cool this summer... Around 10 this morning. I put 12 eggs under my silkie on July 7 and today is day 24th and NOTHING is happening. So disappointed. Any thoughts?

How big are the eggs? I didn't know a silkie could cover 12 eggs. In summer, the cool weather should help fertility rather than hurt it.

They are silkie eggs so she is able to cover them all. I did the water test last night and they all were low floaters which said that they were viable.... I was hoping that atleast 1 out of the 12 would have hatched
