Yes I have been treating lice, but I’m unsure if they’re completely gone yet, and her crop has been feeling squishy like it’s partially full of water in the morning

What are you using for the lice? I'd try to get some Permethrin based Poultry Dust and treat her. Treat her cage/housing too.

If the crop is still watery and squishy after a full night's sleep and you're checking before she's ate or drank, then treat as Sour.

It looks like she pooped, but it all got stuck to her feathers, I cleaned her after I took the photo
