EMERGENCY HELP hen is throwing up brown liquid

[Beloved Turkey]

I saw my hen had blood on the feathers beneath her vent, so I went to do a health check and she had brown liquid dripping out of her mouth, me and my dad emptied as much as we could, when we shook her gently to help her throw it up, she sound full of fluid, we have separated her, and I am monitoring. Does anyone know what this is or what I can do
