Exactly. I grow organic vegetables, for example. At my driveway stand, in the summer, I sell products for 30 cents on a dollar for what I would pay for those same products, in the winter time, at a local grocery store. Huge difference!!! This is basic economics 101. My problem is I just cannot seem to grow tomatoes in January in northern Michigan. Our ground is a little "stiff" to quote Thumper in the original Bambi.
