First Run of Cornish Cross Meat Birds and Super Excited!

Those are the reviews I love to hear about local businesses! I will be buying my first batch of 50, hopefully before new years! I am excited! Especially since it is a local family business!

Good luck with them guys

These are the Farm Ranger pullets I have kept back for breeding in spring.

2 of the pullets have a strong Buff Sussex look

And this Pullet was 3.5kg about 3 weeks ago
She maybe too big for breeding!!

Looking forward to penning them with this big guy in spring

He is good looking. What is he?

I've got 2 cx girls that I'm going to cross with my huge EE come spring, unless a friend of mine crosses them to his NN. Or we might do a hatch from both.

I have a toad pullet I am afraid is dying.

She seems to still be active but her comb has turned to purple or bluish. When that happens on the large birds it normally means the heart is starting to leak or not being as efficient.

I put her in a show bird cage so she does not have to worry about being harassed by the boys. Keeping them alive a year is so hard to do.

Sorry about your toad, I know how much you have invested in them.
