food what next??

[duck mad 2012]

hi all,
this is my first time keeping ducks, i have hatched and helped my little duck through life and hes happy and healthy
he has been on chick crum and now hes on growers pellets what do i feed next ( i think hes a boy) he is an aylesbury duck so hes quite hard to sex.
i have attached a pic of him can anyone tell me if hes boy/girl and what to feed next???
