Faults can be dangerous but humans are more so. Don't forget, Chernobyl was caused by operator malfunction. Why did they think it was a good idea to run it dry without controls rods in place for any amount of time is beyond me?!
I used to live in San Clemente Ca. very near San Onofre nuclear power plant.
And all of Ca. is a fault.
