sadly, George in the pictures above hadn't been doing very well. we just got home and found that he had passed.

How old was george

he was about 6 weeks old. we don't know how he died, but he had been pretty sick for a while, (which doesn't surprise me because he was found in a tree)

Sorry you had to witness that. I'll go away now because my animal experiences&reality often infurate people.
Appigies if you don't like my observations.
You should sterilize all surfaces and isolate any felines it came in contact with. It can take 2days to a year to spread...cat litter&feces is faster then blood to incubate it. Your vet can blood test for it.

that's what we thought at first, so we had the vet test for it and it was negative. thanks for your help though!
