Gluten-free Ginger Snaps

I just found the most delicious gluten-free ginger snaps at Trader Joe's! There's also no milk or dairy in the ingredients. AND only 140 calories for 5 cookies. They are crisp but light and have a very snappy ginger taste. Just thought I would share!

Thanks for the tip! I use a hot air pop corn popper and pop heirloom popcorn for me and the hens. Since there is no oil or salt involved in cooking it is a great nutricious low cal treat, that tastes great and also adds fiber to the diet.

It's too funny to see the girls come running when I bring the brown bag out to sprinkle the corn in the shade on the lawn for the pretty hens to enjoy almost everyday.
