Delilah is just a bit of a smaller goat than Ruby but I figured that’s just how she is. Here’s some pics of her idk if you can see if she looks at a healthy weight from pictures. Delilah has the red tag

Looks like a good pink color to me. I've seen stark white in those with a heavy parasite load. Dairy goats will have less fat so their spine and hips should be easy to feel, but not extremely prominent. It should feel like there's some fat between their bones and your hands.

Diet sounds okay. Loose mineral should be offered free choice as well as baking soda. You could always have your vet run a fecal.

Shoot I threw hay in for them and I always check it but I must have missed a tiny piece of twine and I was scrambling out of the loft but she must have eaten it will she be ok? It was about this size

Looks like she might have pneumonia. Goats are very prone to pneumonia. First thing you need to do is to take her temperature. I think you are going to need some antibiotics too.

Her timp is a little low, a goats timp is between 101-103. How fare along is she to haveing her babies? She could be filling ill from being pregnant.
