Good quality Orpingtons?

Hello BYC members, I’ve got a few questions for y’all!

So I have a Buff Orpington rooster and a Buff hen, I have been thinking about breeding them, as people out where I live love this beautiful breed!

1. Is my rooster and hen good quality? I got the hen from our local feed store and the rooster I got from a lady who wanted eggs, so we just did a trade.

2. If I got some different color hens, Black, Blue, Jubilee, White, etc. what would the chicks look like if I bred those colors with my Buff?

3. Would I be able to tell the chicks for a good price if they were good quality, but mixed colors?

They look like great quality to me! Beautiful pair! Your gonna breed them? If you breed them could I buy some from you? Or hatching eggs? I use to have buff orpingtons they are beautiful chickens!

The hen looks breed standard to me, the rooster looks good other than a few too many points on the comb and the face shape is a bit off. Not trying to be negative, it could just be the angle.

It was mostly the light and angle about the face, it's just slightly short. His body structure looks good though.

Sadly I’m not a breeder for them yet. I plan to be, but have to find a hen first. I do know a breeder, but they definitely aren’t cheap lol!
