BRUNSWICK STEW
3 hens 18 pounds or turkeys
chuck roast 15 lbs. or deer meat
pork roast 7 lbs
cook meat and save broth
grind meat and put in broth
1 gallon. tomatoes
1/2 gal. catsup
1 gal.creamed corn
4 lbs onions
salt and red & black peeper
cook 1-1/2 hours
add 1 c. lemon juice
1lb. butter 12 quarts of stew

OMG that is a lot of stew.

is that a pound of butter for each quart of stew ????
