Green Fire Farms

And I had a wonderful experience with them. I ordered tolbunts...got extras and some were bredas. I was able to go pick them up so that does help. I was able to see their set up and it was really nice. They are a small operation with not many people working there so it can take some time for them to get back up with you but they were nice. They had some changes recently that kind of flubbed things up a bit as well. I attended a sustainable farming workshop they had earlier this year and they were very nice and showed us around. Things do happen sometimes though.

I believe there were employee turnovers and there was some talk about changing how they were doing their breeding maybe? I can't remember. They put out a blog or newsletter at intermittent times so I can't remember the details but they seem to have gotten back in the swing of things. I went to the workshop there back in the spring and all seemed fine. I got to look at the ayam cemani...I would love to have some of them!

Thanks for the follow-up. :)

ETA: Neato about the workshop, I'd love to have the opportunity to visit.
