Parker we have no background on them at all. Games are popular around here...as are Phoenix. We assumed they're a cross because they were given away free with the purchase of a Barred Rock pullet.

They look a lot like the young Pheonix's we saw at the Stockton show last weekend. Maybe a Pheonix cross??

I agree with one of each. They look like a mix between something barred and something of reddish or buff color. We had some buff orp/black giant chicks and they were black with a reddish head. I see definate barin markings on those chicks.

Fayoumi is my guess.
THey are definately silver birchen in color.

the only straight-comb, squirrel tail silver birchen I know of is a Fayoumi...
Unless they are Denizli, which is doubtful since they came free with the purchase of a bird that is usually alot less expensive.
Campines have the same pattern, with red. But those are definately silver.

I say Fayoumi.
