Hatchery Started Pullets (has anyone ever bought)

HI everyone I was wondering if anyone has ever bought started pullets (juvenile birds) from a hatchery.....The shipping seems out of control to me, I haven't nor do I plan too after seeing those shipping prices

...But there is an appeal to it, looking quick at Mcmurray there are so many options but it looks like it would cost a fortune!!

Just looking for some feedback, I havent heard of anyone buying these
