Here are this week's current standings as of 5:00AM, Thu. Nov. 1. For all potential new swappers, we welcome your participation, but please read the rules on page 1, post #1 of this thread.

We have started a new game to help keep everyone within their allotted swaps and give an opportunity to win special prize eggs from CPL. (This game has been approved by CPL) Whenever someone goes over 7 swaps, they lose 2 swaps the following week. The first person to catch it and post "Jinx"- (name of person going over), gets an extra swap in the current week. If crazypetlady (CPL) goes over, everyone gets an extra swap that week, and the first person to catch her and post "Jinx-CPL" gets a special prize of eggs from CPL. Start stalking!

Those in red are done swapping until 12:01 EST on Sun. Nov. 4. Those in yellow are getting close to a limit.

OK, let me see if I can explain this better. Below is a list of the new swappers that still have to complete their initial 7 swaps, so are limited to one swap at a time until each one is verified. Once you have been cleared by crazypetlady, reesepoultry, kraftyladies, or coffeekittie for another swap, you may claim another, regardless of what my list says. I don't keep track of whose swaps have been verified, just the swappers that need to have that done. My list is only published once a night, but your swapping status may change a few times during the day. Once all of your 7 initial verified swaps are completed, your name will be moved to the big list. I may not have everyone's name here that is already swapping, but all new swappers will be added here until I hear differently. As long as all your previous swaps have been completed and verified, you are good to go! Happy swapping!

Just wanted to let you know that 5 out of 8 of the NJs you sent are developing nicely. I candled last night. I say that is wonderful considering my power went out two nights in a row last week. Temps went down to 95 and 87 for several hours. I am so excited. I hope they make it the rest of the way. Strong healthy movement in 3 out of the 5 when I candled.

I am definitely going to want some more later on.

Got eggs from reese poultry today. Great packing, and extras. All look good, minus a couple wobbly air cells so hopefully I get some cute babies in 3 weeks.

I have SFH from juststruttin hatching! They are a couple days early, I went to pull them off the turner this morning and one was well pipped! I moved him over and worried about humidity as I had him out of the incubator when I moved him over, but when I went home for lunch he was hatched!

Can't wait to see him all dry and fluffy!!
