HELP! Anybody near Cumberland City, TN???

I know alot of this area is flooding, I need to get to the 100 block of main street tomorrow to sandbag a building........... I'm just wondering if there is anyone on here from that area that can tell me if I can get into the area tomorrow afternoon...... what's being said about when the flood waters will crest? Anybody??
