Help black holes developing on roosters

We have 3 roosters and 20 hens. Only the roosters are developing black holes on their wattles (see pic). There hasn't been a behavior change in any of the roosters. Should we be concerned? If so what is it and how can we treat it. Any advice would be greatly appreciate! Thank you in advance

It looks like a peck mark that has bled. It probably happened because he was trying to mate a hen that another rooster feels is his. You may have at least one rooster too many. One would even be enough unless you were concerned about fertility.
