HELP! Chick not hatching!

I'm just freaking out because it's the first one to hatch and it was peeping and then I thought it's a sleep because I read online it could sleep but it's been 24 hours and nothings happened

I've used a pair of flat tipped tweezers before. go up toward the aircell first so you can easily separate the 2 membranes, if you wet the inner one you'll be able to see any veins. if there are any left. slow and careful. It's likely malpositioned and might not get out on it's own.

You can remove the shell over the air cell, then moisten the membrane with some coconut oil or Vaseline. Look for active blood vessels before opening it any further.
