HELP chicken in tree

We went to retreve eggs today and our bantam ameracauna decided to jump out into the snow and then relized it was cold flew 20 ft in a tree how do we get her down she just started laying last month

got her down with a gutter extension put her back in coop

she'll come down when she's ready ,mine roost in the trees all the time. Try throwing down treats .When she sees all the others getting something she'll come down
