Help, hurt bird!

so on Saturday I found a fledgling bird in my yard. It has 2 holes pecked in its head, and this morning I noticed that it's wing was also hurt. It's head is looking a little better, but its wing doesn't look good. It looks like something was pecking it and there is brown stuff when I touched the sore. Please help my daughter really likes the little bird! I don't know how to share a picture so someone pls tell me how.

To share a picture (on mobile), simply take the picture on your phone or tablet, and then click the landscape icon from the blue options. Then click upload the file and insert the picture.
On a computer, you must first upload it from your phone/camera, and repeat the process stated above.
