I would say she is a partridge. If she is actually a girl she should look like the first picture. That has been my experience. If she turns out to be a boy she will look like the second picture.

Not partridge.
Partridge is gold based. That chick is silver based.
Silver version of partridge is silver penciled.
EEs are tough to guess exactly what they'll end up as compared to their chick color/pattern.

X2, there's no way you can get an idea what she'll look like as an adult. EEs are very interesting in this aspect.
